Jersey Mike's Subs - Maricopa

Why do the kids that work so shisty with the meat one layer of sliced beef on a giant so you have to ask for extra meaty on an overpriced 18$ sandwich, and than a you ask for it mikes way, with very little of dressing oil, vinegar? And added to which no added shore points with no receipt? The more I pay the worse customer service gets? Avid customer at JMS please help me understand this?

I will no longer be buying from this store. I have placed 4 orders which in total is about $250 worth of food and not one of them was correct. I chose to contact Jersey Mikes the 3rd incorrect order and was compensated for the mistake however the 4th order was incorrect as well..I give up, should not be this hard to check orders to make sure they are complete. I work hard for my money and will not continue to support this store in Maricopa. I have had major problems with the restuarants in Maricopa, I longer support Jersey Mikes, Panda, Pizzu Hut, Freddy's, KFC, Jimmy John's and both Mc Donalds in fear I will get shot in double drive thru that causes problems daily. It's ashame because I have a family of 5 and we don't eat out that much but every one of these places have stole my money, did not provide the food I paid for and I don't want to take the time to files complaints all the time. Guess I should sell my house and move out of Maricopa

This is a really great location. The crew here recognizes you as soon as you walk in the door, This location is clean and fully stocked with everything on the menu. I will be back to get another sandwich soon.

I'm a stickler for customer service and their's was great.
