Contribuer aux commentairesEverything here costs a few dollars more than any other atlanta taco bell I was, from no obvious reason. the food I have here was good. it looked like they closed right away after I picked up my online order, ~4 hours early. if who creates this place will charge extra, then they will have to hire/pay more.
No receipt given in drive thru 9/16 11:50am. I got charged $7.72 for a Chicken Chalupa Supreme and a hard taco. Not only does the math not add up and no receipt; but the hard taco was stale. Spat it out and couldn't eat it.
There's a list of issues with this location. I've probably been rejected more times than have gotten an order here. I have no idea what the problem is. I've been told: Cash only, pick-up orders only, sometimes there's no one at the intercom. I can't help I'm addicted to the Nacho Fries AND they're LIMITED TIME ONLY. Plus the 1/3 cup of cheese they give is only enough for like 3 fries. The soft drinks lack something either syrup or carbonation, every time its different. I'm really disappointed with this being the only location for miles. They're remodeling BUT who eats inside anymore anyways. Seems like they need to just be DRIVE THRU only.
I shouldn’t even give them one star. It’s 6:30pm on March 8th 2022 they are supposed be open. We’ll long line of people waiting and finally drove around to see what problem was an no one inside working at all. I’m guessing whoever shift it was. They just left the store. Lights are on nothing saying their closed. You know people have a life. Could’ve atleast made it known the store wasn’t open to serve instead leaving people waiting just waiting. Thinking the place is open an employees are just lazy as normal. I’ve personally worked on fast food. I know it’s not the best job in world but it’s a responsibility. If you can’t keep up a simple job likewise then what in the world do you think you going to do now without a job. No one wants lazy people working for them. This Taco Bell always some kinda problems. Never have the order rite no matter how many times u try to come here. Hit and miss kinda spot that ur order gonna be rite or wrong. Need to fire an rehire everyone at this place even the managers.
First time we went order got messed up but service was good and people working were nice. this last time was a joke. wasn’t accepting anything but online orders i don’t get it but ok. i tried to be understanding by pulling around and trying not to run their times up bc i had to place an order there bc i had a coupon from my last messed up order. Went through 15 minutes of just (for lack of a better term) dumb stuff after my online order was complete for a good while. finally just said forget it and left. will not be returning to this location and honestly should not remain open. i don’t blame workers bc they need to be paid more but also like i can’t help that i’m just tryna feed my family dinner so since ur already there might as well do the job or just close.
