Noodle - Marina

The dry noodle dish was perfectly seasoned and loaded with tofu. The Veg Pho was fantastic. The BBQ tofu spring rolls weren't quite as impressive as the other dishes, but they were still quite good. If we lived nearby, we would definitely become regulars!

I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant. When we visited, it was packed, which I took as a great sign. I ordered the BBQ tofu noodle bowl. While I must say the tofu was perfectly cooked, that's where the positives end. The BBQ sauce was so thin and watery that I could barely taste it, and there wasn't much of it either, making the noodle dish live up to its name a bit too literally. The noodles themselves were good, but I expected the bowl to be filled primarily with noodles. Instead, it was about one-third noodles and two-thirds spinach. I was overwhelmed with spinach; after mixing it all together, the noodles were barely visible. The vegetables were well-prepared, but there were only a few pieces of broccoli and carrots. It felt more like a spinach bowl than anything else. They seemed to have added about half a block of tofu to the dish, which isn’t bad, but for the size of the bowl, it felt insufficient. The staff was friendly, and they let us know when my order was ready, but unfortunately, the food just missed the mark. I don't think it's worth the $12, so I likely won't return. It’s disappointing because I really wanted to like this place!

I love Nude! The staff is always attentive and friendly. The prices are incredible for the quality of food, and the dining experience is consistently excellent. My favorite dishes are the BBQ tofu and the tofu spring rolls.

Try out their veggie pho. It’s AMAZING! They also offer vegan smoothies.

Came here during prime time lunch hour, so we had to wait 15 mins or so to be seated. Once seated, we ordered immediately and food came in an instant! It was delicious (and a ton of food). They are not 100% vegan, but they do have a separate section specifically for vegan meals.
