This position is especially transphobic. both the gm, scott and dm, steve still identify their employees from the wrong pronouns. even after the efforts of the employees to correct and confront them, they have not changed their actions, nor did anything to realize changes at work. better.
August 2021 very new, spacious and clean inside, and service was good. enjoy the ice and the cheese on the ciabatta, and the coffee was also hot and fresh.
I picked up an order, opened at home and noticed a missing sandwich. Called and spoke with the manager, who said I could pick it up now and promised free pastries for my trouble. And of course the sandwich wasn't made to my customization and the employee knows nothing about free pastries. Thanks for making my bad day even worse ?.
Staff was very nice. The entrance to the store is a long walk to most available parking and there are cars often parked inappropriately in the Curbside Pickup lanes. Maybe a couple of the staff and very few guests are wearing masks, which isn't so hot for immuno-compromised people who'd might want to buy food or premium-priced coffee here (if not for the people who don't give a darn about anyone but themselves; pandemic isn't over, fools).
