The experience was almost perfect. My mother ordered a sandwich, and they were made of hummus and didn't put anything on their sandwich without even telling her they were out and she was too embarrassed to get another product or ask for a replacement and she wouldn't let me speak in her name, so I thought I would mention it here. I would be happy to leave a perfect five-star review. I just wanted to mention this and explain it. I forget what sandwich she got, but she ordered it without onion and something else, so the sandwich was only salad, tomatoes cilantro, cucumber. The experience was damn near perfect, it was only regrettable that it was not communicated that I am an ingredient and its sandwich was out of the warehouse before placing the order further. It should have been mentioned that the visit was perfect.
What customer service in America. In town for a family member wedding. I'm trying to eat something. You have 3 handicap spots. Go to the counter to read the menu above. Women on the other side of the bar did not even recognize us. There were 2 women who came in right in front of us who ran into a few people they knew so they stopped chatting, they hadn't even walked on the counter. The woman then decides on the menu after we stood there for 5-6 minutes. The middle-aged employee, come to the counter, and announced that if we want to order them all to go food . No explanation as well as why, even worse the rude sound in their voice. Then turned and returned to the counter she left. No customer service. There were still some open table stands, they were not completely full. I think this place should be closed and retire employees, so never should have happened. In addition, my husband is me both handicap, so if the car is painful. I took a quick photo to show the world where not to go. Save your hard-earned money.
That's great! Hot fresh food. The order was changed and they nailed it. All were nice and patient. It went through. So easy.
As most restaurants they seem to be severely understaffed. A little slow to both take orders and prepare. Not a big deal unless you have limited time for lunch service.
