Burger King - Massillon

The food here is consistently excellent, even better than McDonald's.

In my recent experience, I was unable to order the Rodeo Cheeseburger directly through the app. Instead, I had to settle for a Rodeo Burger and then rush to the Drive-Thru to request that they add cheese. Unfortunately, the app didn’t allow me to select that option. Since I had already paid for the Rodeo Burger, I had to give them cash for the extra slice of cheese. It was a frustrating situation that could easily have been avoided.

The service at the Massillon Burger King was outstanding. The woman who attended to us was extremely friendly. This level of customer care seems quite rare these days.
