For dessert, my mom loved their tiramisu and i opted for their new dessert copa chocolatta, again suggested by the staff, which i really loved. again thank you for making our pre-valentine celebration unforgettable.
This place is BEYOND perfect! I've been hearing about Bellini's for quite some time now, but it's deep within Marikina City proper (and traffic can be quite terrible in the area at times) where there is a wet market nearby, so I didn't really make the effort to head there until recently. And boy, that was the best decision I've ever made in a long time! The place is very homey and cozy inside the restaurant, with a lot of rustic Italian furnishings left and right. It's dimly-lit, perfect for those cozy romantic dates with your significant other, or for quiet and relaxing dinners with friends and family. The servers were very polite and accommodating, always making sure that their guests are comfortable and had everything they needed. The food was amazing. And I mean, AMAZING. The boyfriend and I were in the mood for some pizza so that was a non-negotiable. We got their BELLINI’S SPECIAL PIZZA—the crust was thin and crispy towards the edges but very soft and chewy towards the center, just the way I like it. And as a lover of pan pizzas, I have very high standards for thin crust pizzas. The pizza has the following toppings: pomodoro, melanzane, pepperoni, cucumber, onion, salame, ham, salciccia. I drizzled each slice with their very own chili oil with a hint of balsamic vinegar. I even asked the server if they sell the chili oil to their patrons, but unfortunately, they don’t. The waiter suggested that we try their customized platters for two people. We got the following: ARROSTO DI MAIALE (Roast Pork) – Really delicious thin slices of pork drizzled with light soy-based sauce. Very flavorful. PAPPARDELLE AL SALMONE (Fresh Pasta with Salmon in Cream) – The pasta was cooked al dente and I liked how the cream was tasty without being too heavy and dense. They were quite generous with the salmon bits in the sauce. My absolute favorite! RISOTTO TARTUFO (Risotto in Truffle Cream) – This went SO WELL with the roast pork since the pork’s flavor was a bit muted and was a great complement to the taste of truffle in the risotto. The risotto’s consistency was just right—not under/overcooked, and I liked how creamy it was. We were quite pleased with the combination we chose for our platter for two. Their menu is quite extensive, so it was a bit hard to choose which ones to order, because we wanted to try everything! The total bill cost us around P1,300 . We wouldn’t usually spend that much on a regular Saturday night date (I mean, we try not to), but with our experience at Bellini’s, every peso was worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Great ambiance, and old fashioned desserts. While the pasta was unremarkable for me, the cakes were worthy of note, like the orange cake that had candied peels. That's such an old timer cake that I never thought I'd get to eat it again after my Lola died, yummy!
Just visited here yesterday. The ambiance was good. The recommeded food was delicious. Every penny was worth it. Will definitely be coming back. Gracie for the experience Bellini's
I will keep coming back! I've been to the Marikina branch too but Cubao is way better.
