Contribuer aux commentairesI just love Bon Chon's chicken. I love how crispy the skin is. I always order mixed flavor, spicy and soy chicken with spicy mayo dip. Heaven!
They don't know what their doing and extremely slow service.
WE LOVE TO EAT AT BONCHON CHICKEN BCOZ THEIR FOODS ARE TASTY AND THEIR STAFFS ARE VERY GOOD IN SERVING THE CUSTOMERS.
Very bad experience from the staff. I order c1 they were given me chicken and then i ask where is my french fries, the girl look at me not smiling and say 'wait lang '. Should conduct good manner training for that girl. Fuuuuh!I will never come back to eat here again.
Such horrible customer service. Also I asked for the beef stew meal displayed at their door. Apparently it was Spicy Korean Beef Stew. They gave me plain beef stew. It was such a bad imitation of whatever they were trying to make. Forgot to take a picture of it from my utter disappointment. The fried chicken used to be great too. Now it's not even crunchy. Just hard. Couldn't taste the honey citrus-ness.
