I’d been wary of finding food to eat in Portugal since going vegan and this place just made me so happy. We particularly enjoyed the tomato and pepper tart, bhajis and seitan but everything was delicious. Fantastic friendly service too. We’ll see you tomorrow!
A busy, friendly vegetarian and vegan restaurant. Huge variety of hot and cold buffet and the best vegan desserts I've ever had. Another reason to fall in love with Porto!! The locals and tourists eat here. My favourite vegetarian restaurant in Europe
This is really something unusual, a vegan buffet. There is a big choice of excellent food, the chef coming out regularly to replenish the various dishes. The staff encourage you to go round again, offering a clean plate to do so. The surroundings are light and airy, with plenty of space. An excellent lunchtime experience!
As soon as we carefully and cautiously entered the restaurant, we got a very unfriendly, unfriendly, decisive, disrespectful announcement from the dark-haired waiter at the entrance that we should wait outside until he calls us in. Although other guests were allowed to wait inside. In addition, he was friendly to all other guests, just not to us. We felt left out and that 's why I 'll just say never again !. The only positive thing was the food, but due to its unfriendly nature, it actually didn 't taste good anymore. This is not respectful and professional in dealing with swcustomers.
I've been in vegan restaurants before, sure, but nothing compares to Da Terra in Matosinhos. Even in New York or Sydney, I haven't found such a gem. The variety is crazy, from cold to warm dishes they have it all. And the staff is outstandingly helpful and professional. Keep up the good work! See you soon :
