I'm not sure what has happened to Texas Roadhouse in the past year, but the service was not great and the food came out basically room temp. Our server did not speak loudly enough for our table of 3 adults and 2 children to hear him, this resulted in orders being wrong. He also disappeared and we had to rely on another server to get what we needed. Both tables adjacent to ours (same amount of people at one table, and a larger party on the other) ordered, received food, paid, and left before we were done. This was due to our server disappearing as well. I hope that in the future Texas Roadhouse will improve its service and food.
Cold food and it took forever to get the food. I tried this place twice and they failed twice. Come on cold bread cold steak and cold sides. Smh. 1st time was curb side. One week later dine in…. Never again…
Addy was great! It was such a busy night, but she was so attentive and kind. We were sat so quickly, despite a long wait list.
Worst food even worse management! We sent our steak back twice, once for it being rare when we ordered it medium, 2nd time they had put the same steak back on the grill burned it crisp it was too tough to eat! Our waitress apologized and she said a manager would come speak with us! We waited asked 3 times for a manager and not once did one come, they claimed to be busy but one had time to line dance but not time for paying customers! Worst treatment ever! We feel we were discriminated against because of that! One manager gave the waitress his business card and said we could call him! What good would that do after we had left AND paid our bill! This treatment was unacceptable! I plan to contact cooperate about this matter
