Call to order seems like they were bothered to get a call which is bizarre but i Ordered a pizza with 2 toppins I got a pizza with no toppins and no sauce also looks like it was driven around the racecar track I think I'll be getting it from somewhereelse from now on

Went here for 3 years ordered the same way and thing everytime. My order was doubled today and they charged me double. Told them that I had not ordered double.I tried to explain to the manager and he proceeded to get loud with me and called me names like ifhe was child. I'm not a person of confrontation but he really caught me off guard so I gave him the same attitude back. He didnot want to give me a refund. I can't respect an owner that is disrespectful to his customers, especially since I have beengoing there for some time and always tip well.

If I was writing this review 4/5 months ago I would have given them 5 stars, but the new management and cook's have not impressed me. They started opening at 3pm, then the prices went up. Then the delivery price went up. I mean wth is a conviencefee? I get charging the delivery fee, but if you live within a mile, it should be waived. Lastly I have been a loyal customerfor the last 5 years. The food was great 99% of the time. The last 2x I ordered my burger and cheesesteak tasted like taco meat.The menu wasn't so difficult to use and they included ketchup in your bag. I pretty sure they have lost a customer in me.
