Like the manager and employees. Limited seating for covid. The location is not in either food court so it doesn't typically have lines which is very convenient. The employees are very nice, but do not work at an urgent pace nor do they multitask very well.
We will slappy this with the skimpy and stingy award. Avoid. This is a $10 protein bowl that's half empty. Double veggies. Nope. Waste of money

I ordered through the app and got my email confirmation at 11:52am. I kept seeing the pick up time getting pushed back. I call the restaurant and the lady who picks up says she's the manager. I told her I'm concerned that my sub has been made an hour ago and has been sitting around. She hung up on me and I had to call from another phone number because they wouldn't pick up the phone with the first number I called. I tried to call twice from the same number after the hang up and moved to a different phone which they picked up quickly... when I call back and she says she never hung up... I say then how did the call get disconnected on your end and she ignored the question. Now they say it's on the way but she made it clear she made this sub an hour ago.... guess they don't care about customers. Just received the sub at 12:54pm and it is soggy from sitting the paper was so wet it was falling apart. I will never order from this Subway and do not recommend.
