Contribuer aux commentairesWe wanted shakes so stopped in on our lunch break and we only had cash but were looked at kind of crazy like they hadn 't seen cash before and didn 't know what to do with it then were told to just go around so pull around and the order was given to us and we were told to have a good day so we told her we hadn 't paid and she looked at the cash like she didn 't know what to do with it either and said oh umm they didn 't take your money? She finally took it and came back with change. Overall a weird, kinda uncomfortable and pricey experience for a couple small shakes and a couple chicken sandwiches, a lot of kids standing around socializing as well, we will skip this location from now on.
The best Chik-fil-a I have ever been to!! Superb customer service!! Customer service gets no better than the service that I experienced at this location.
As a rule, Chick-fil-A is superior but yesterday, this place was mediocre at best. They were at least attentive friendly as expected.My Chick-fil-A sandwich was warm (not fresh/hot; maybe it 'd been sitting for a while), when I asked about the receipt, the cashier said it should be in the bag (which my daughter 'd taken outside) which it wasn 't finally, there were no straws for 2 drinks. I 'm not taking off for having to ask for ketchup (there wasn 't a condiment station that I saw) since I don 't know that condiments can be ordered through the app (McDonald 's app can).
Chick Fil A offers the best customer service in the area. The drive thru is so quick and efficient and the food is hot and fresh every time! I know that I won't have to pull over and check my food to make sure it's correct like at other fast food restaurants.
They always forget an item I paid for.
