We ordered at 6:25pm, by 8:05 we called to find out how long the pizza was and was assured it was just about to leave the store (10 mins away) By 8:25 it still hadn’t arrive so we called again, and got told it had “just” left the store. By 8:45, still no pizza. Called again, and after some discussion the manager hung up on us. Granted we were pretty upset about being lied to, but perhaps the manager needs some additional training in how to deal with customer complaints. After being hung up on we called several times more to seek a refund, and either got hung up on again or the phone answered but put back in the table. Finally we got through and was able to confirm we received a refund, but what an absolutely terrible experience that was. Cya dominoes, we ordered with pizza hut instead and got it in 20 minutes.. should’ve just done that in the first place and maybe we wouldn’t be eating at 10pm. Pre ordered Friday dinner delivery at 5:15 (yes early) for me and the kids. Order tracker showed food ready instore at 5:10pm. Wasn't delivered until 5:45pm... was luke warm and gross by that stage. Ordered a large number of pizzas for a community event on the weekend. The staff was very supportive, helping with covering all tastes and preferences and doing it for a good price. Order was ready on time and expected quality. Will keep supporting them! Food: 5 Service: 5
The best dominos in Brisbane, it’s amazing how I live 5 minutes from them I’ll do an online order just before leaving and everytime I turn up it’s ready and perfect, staff are amazing and just consistent Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Had a issue with an order and the shift manager was terrific great customer service wish I caught his name but was on the 7th August 23 in the evening...But 3 days later spoke to owner as refund that I was told I was getting hadn't gone through spoke to owner and whilst I understand his position should of honored what shift manager promised.
