I stood at the counter by myself no one inside no line like 2 people in the drive thru. It took these kids 5mins to say someone will be right with you 5 mins later they finally asked what I wanted just to tell me that it will be another 7 mins I waited 10 mins more before I walked out . These parents of these kids should be embarrassed. Raising lazy children with no people skills.
The food is good enough, 3/5, you get what you pay for, an american take on Chinese cuisine. But the disappointing part was when wrong food order was mixed up. The restaurant was busy and slow service with rushed interactions was expected for a restaurant at this level, but the interaction with the manager was the most bizarre.The manager was extremely rude and defensive, beyond incompetent as were the rest of the staff. It was clear they did not care to lose us as customers over a few drinks that tasted like nothing due to broken soda machine and a couple wronged meals even tho people had allergies and Marlin the so called manager there agreed to fix the problem “next time” only to deny ever saying that … what a joke!There are other chinese restaurants in that area that may be worth trying before this one. It is not worth wasting your money especially nowadays over incompetent amateur employees so called “management “ that have 0 qualifications in management and customer service!I’d stay away unless you like paying for bad food and bad disrespectful racist management!
12/17/23No bags ???Can you wait 15 for Teriyaki chicken ?Garbage cans are over flowing.Not very professional.Very Messy.Drive thru waited 10 mins in line and front of store 20, then went in to see what's going on.
They were just really busy with drive thru orders I think. I'm not sure cuz nobody was in the store but took like 15 minutes for dude to help us while we were standing there. Nothing
