Be sure to ask for marbled cut of brisket as it does much better with a bit of fat when reheated. Well they sell outstanding BBQ even for parties that haven't been there forever (last here 2018 . We made a trip to McKinney just for the BBQ from Plano weekday night. And lots of other customers had the same idea. Line wasn't too long to get served and plenty of tables available when we arrived. Portions are very generous for the price so we got a great meal again and plenty of leftovers. New for us is after serving the meat the cutter weighs the meat and puts a bar code sticker on tray for check out. See photo. BTW: banana pudding and apple cobbler were very yummy.
