Contribuer aux commentairesOn a Monday night in the city, there weren't many options available. Despite the busy atmosphere in the restaurant, we were served quickly and enjoyed delicious pizzas.
I had a fantastic time dining at Olivers Taranga Winery. Both the pig and lamb spit roasts were delicious and enjoyable experiences. The communal tables created a sociable atmosphere, and the wine kept flowing throughout the afternoon. It was a very pleasant dining experience.
Matt was a knowledgeable guide who wrote a great review, despite being originally from England and not Queensland! Our friends were excited to bring back items such as bread, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and jams purchased from interstate. The tasting experience was exceptional, especially the delicious fortified grenache that convinced us to visit the restaurant twice in two weekends!
We arrived at lunch on Sunday in May 2015 after visiting some wineries in the morning. We arrived at almost 2.00, the place was almost full. We shared a pizza that made one of these beautiful houses pizzas with a large base of generous toppings. It was accompanied by a Clare Valley Riesling really it was the place. The staff were friendly efficient and we will definitely be back.
Always a great atmosphere, sheltered from the weather and what a treasure trove it is.
