The Beast Barrel - Mead

I ordered the breakfast burrito and biscuits and gravy today. Both were delicious and came in enormous portions, so I saved half of each for later. I was really impressed that they packaged the green chile in a separate container, and it had a nice kick, which I love. I’ll definitely be returning!

I placed an order for a few breakfast burritos this Saturday morning for my coworkers and myself, and they were fantastic! It was a to-go order, and we had ordered the day before. Our food was ready exactly on time. This is the best breakfast burrito I've ever had! I highly recommend getting it smothered with a mix of country gravy and green chile.

We had the smoked wings for dinner tonight and ordered 4 pounds, thinking we would have some left over for lunch tomorrow. Unfortunately, there aren’t any leftovers! They were just too delicious!

Beast and Barrel is no longer at the location of 237 Main Street in Mead; it has now been replaced by Josie's Tacos. I have to say, their mushroom and Swiss burger is absolutely amazing—it's so good, it'll have you rolling your eyes with delight and smacking your lips!

We tried about half of the menu before the COVID-19 pandemic and loved everything. The breakfast burrito with green chili is one of my favorites—just be sure to bring a friend because it's huge! They also have a fantastic selection of beers.
