Buffalo Wild Wings - Mechanicsburg

The service was okay, but what had upset me most was the food we ordered was not so great even for the price. it either burned or oversalted. I was back to a buffalo wild wings and it was great, but this time it wasn't. the only thing that was good from far away was the salsa?

The staff here is so friendly. I have put an order for the pickup and after a mix up my order was in the wrong restaurant. the personal offered to make my order and sort the mixture at its end. it was a long day and I am so grateful for their great customer service. also the boneless wings were perfect! thank you bww!

The table where you don't buffalo. server standing around and talking. she never came back and asked if we wanted to refill. we had to ask the server to wipe the table before we even sat down. the table still had the last müll. how proud of the business. will never go back.

I enjoy eating and socializing at bww, I get always good service and that was the same in my last visit. they occasionally run out of the beer I want, but there are many options, so it is on me. I'm back tonight!

Extremely poor customer service. Waitress rushed us through entire service since we were her last table. Order was incorrect, but just wanted to get out of there. Have never felt more unwanted as a customer than Kalaia, our server made me feel. Can?t recommend this location. This was a weekend, only one other table besides ours in the restaurant. You don?t rush your tables so you can cash out at the end of the night.
