Like most McDonald 's, the service and food is very hit or miss depending on the staff. Usually we have a better experience of we eat in, so we placed our order on the app. It told us to take a number and find a table. We did that. The app says they will bring it to the table. The front tables were full so we sat in the back. After 10-15 minutes, we went to see why the food wasn 't out. It turns out it 's been sitting on the counter for a while and was now cold. Manager was rude and claimed it was our fault because they called it out . There 's no way to hear them call your name if you are in the back of the restaurant. They Implied multiple times it was our fault even though we followed all the instructions provided by their app. If the app has told me to wait for my name to be called, I would have happily done that. They did remake our food, but I didn 't appreciate the managers attitude.
They asked me to pull To the side because they were making me fresh fries, they said, and when they brought my food out to me, I had old fries that were cold and all my food was cold, so I waited for them to give me cold and old food.
Went into the drive thru to order food after a long day traveling around 9:30pm. I started ordering and asked if I could upgrade my meal drink to a mcflurry, I was answered stuff no . I asked if they had powerade. I was answered with no . I asked what do you have then? . I was answered with it should be right there on the menu .Absolutely horrible customer service from the female running the drive thru headset. I actually left the line and ate somewhere else because of how rude she was and the attitude she gave.
Worst one in the area. NIGHT MANGAER IS HORRID. RUDE AND DOWN RIGHT MISREABLE. Never recieved my follow up call from the incident . This location has been going down hill for years. I don't trust the food coming out that kitchen. Will take our money to a different franchise.
