So you can use home website to save some (Edit after the reply from owner). We had veg dim sum, veg bun, fish pot, dry pot chicken and orange beef. None of the dish had right flavor as described. Mostly the food was blend. The only two dish which had flavor was chicken and beef. In that too beef was sweet and had weird after taste. They did labeled it as spicy but there was no spice at all. Overall the chicken only had ok taste. The scallion pancakes were fluffy but that?s not even the bad thing. I felt like they were overcooked.
My husband and I went on a Saturday night. As soon as we sat down, they brought us a pot of tea and some water. We had brought our own wine (the restaurant is BYOB). We ordered four different types of dim sum to start. The server brought each one out as soon as it was ready, so we had a steady stream of food arriving to the table. We were still feeling hungry when the server brought out the last plate, so we ordered a couple more pieces. Everything was very good and it was nice having such a wide variety. We?ll definitely be back.
Great and tasty dim sum. They have my kind of dim sum menu. I?ve been here multiple times and have always enjoyed everything I got from this restaurant.
AMAZING! The vegan tofu, rice with broccoli and spring rolls were delicious! The tofu was outstanding and perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and full of flavor! I can't wait to go back. Everyone with us, vegans and non vegans, throughly enjoyed their dishes! PSA The pictures below do not display the delicious vegan tofu, unfortunately. It was too good to stop eating for a photo (insert drool emoji here)!
(Not Tom 's) Dim Sum Mania is one of the best restaurants in Media. Hands down. The owner, Tom, can almost always be found in the kitchen or enjoying a lunch break at a table in the back. The staff are very friendly and the food... The food there is both authentic and extremely good, while remaining affordable. Obliviously their best known for their soup dumplings which are amazing. They also have some very good authentic dishes like beef and Tripe, and many more. Another favorite of mine is the Peking Duck. The restaurant is a byo, and a nice large open space, which would be the only points off as it does get a little loud when they are packed.
