Baja Mexican - Medical Lake

Avoid this place. It's a terrible little restaurant that doesn't honor the gift cards you buy from them!

Be on the lookout for a name change. The previous owners sold the business on September 24, 2014, but retained the building and name. I still dine at Baja, but the staff feel somewhat stiff and scripted. The menu appears unchanged, but there have been some recipe modifications—some of which are successful, while others are not quite as appealing.

I absolutely love the food here; it's really delicious, and the atmosphere is wonderful!

The customer service was excellent, but the food was overly tangy—almost to the point of being inedible—and too salty as well. However, I'm willing to give them another chance.
