My 1st fondue dinner experience. The food and drinks were awesome. Very tasty. The waiter was very helpful and explained everything Thu out the process

Tess, Jasmine, and Asia are wonderful!!! We sat at the bar and had the best service. They were on top of everything the whole time. They are so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Best martinis in town!

I’ve been dying to try the Melting Pot for ages and I was not disappointed!! I picked the perfect day to go because it was ‘Tini Tuesday. I ordered the cupcake martini. I was worried it might be too sweet to drink, however it ended up being delicious. I was skeptical when they brought out apples to dip in the cheese fondue, but the combination is surprisingly amazing. The strawberries were also ridiculously tasty. The experience was so much fun. The staff was so nice despite being busy. I’m definitely coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves food. Edit: I returned to The Melting Pot the day after Valentines Day and had a completely different experience. The oil was spewing everywhere, I burned my tongue on the hot tong, and the staff did not tell us how long to cook the food. I overheard a different server explain the cook times to a neighboring table, and I realized we probably were not cooking the meat long enough. The next day, I got sick and puked for the next 36 hours. If I ever return to the Melting Pot, it will be for dessert only.

My complaints is all about the service. It took one full hour for one full beer draft. By the time it arrived i didn't want it. I had to beg for water from another server and it seemed to be a problem as well cause it wasn't his serving table. Food was ok but desert chocolate was literally like water we didn't finish it because we didnt want to get sick years ago a guy named bernard owned this restaurant and it was amazing now its a 0 star restaurant i don't see the point of spending 200 dollars for a dinner for worst service i ever had in this world. He wouldn't clean the table we actually complained to manager i tried to leave early and even pay more so i could just leave the money on the table and leave. Worst service no drinks no water no cleaning my table. Will not return ever in my life. We were there for over 3 hours and wont refill water or anything worst experience pf any restaurant i have ever been to worldwide. We had garbage on our tables with desert still wouldnt do anything at all. I just dont see the point of spending 200 for 2 people and have to beg for water and basic stuff worst experience in any restaurant ever will not return do not want anything from this place

Have celebrated my birthday here with a group of family and friends and had the best time! we had a party of about 15 and the service was wonderful. had ordered many different things, from different cheese, a part or group got the grill option, and we ended up with 4 different types of chocolate. wonderful!
