Hot Poppy - Melbourne

I have visited this hidden gem many times since discovering it! The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. The location is centrally located, yet still provides a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

Every time we visit Melbourne, we make sure to stop at Hot Poppy. Jodie and her dedicated team provide excellent service and serve delicious food. Our go-to dish is the Full English breakfast, which includes special touches like pork chipolatas with pan-fried onion, a sticky dipping sauce, mushrooms, potatoes, amazing sourdough bread, eggs cooked to preference, high-quality bacon, and tomatoes. For dessert, we enjoy hot chocolate with marshmallows. While I'm not a coffee drinker, my partner assures me that the coffee is great. I keep telling myself I'll try the Cuban sandwich next time, but I always end up back at Hot Poppy for breakfast. I wish Hot Poppy had a location in Adelaide.

Great coffee and fantastic breakfast. Lots of great choices of cheeses with their morning breakfast menu.
