Despite some mixed reviews, I decided to give this place a try because it was rainy and cold outside (perfect weather for hot and spicy food) and I happened to be nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and efficient service, with our food arriving quickly after we sat down. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. I felt like I got more chicken in my paella than I usually do at other places, which was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant got busy very quickly, with a line forming outside just as we were finishing our meal. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
All of you in Burger not egg anymore, but microwave onions changed. Don't be ordered again. Just try to form the rest of the figures
When we finished our meal and went back to the counter, they tried to serve me the correct piece of chicken on the same plate with the old chips. I questioned why they bothered when I had asked for a refund. The server mentioned she did not know how to process a refund, so the manager, who also seemed clueless, got involved. I left my number and requested a call within an hour, but never received one. To make matters worse, we were the only customers in the entire restaurant, so there was no excuse for the mix-up. This was by far the worst Nando's experience I have ever had and I will consider other options next time.
I usually love Nandos, but this place is an absolute shame. I would never do it if NANDOS is able to do this. The manager is an absolute IDIOT! We came here with three people, and the meal was completely useless. At first they filled the salad we had ordered and missed two important ingredients, the Qinou and goat cheese. We complained and instead of making the salad again, just bought the ingredients in a bowl. Then we noticed that the avocado in the salad was hard and immature, and the SKIN HAD NOT BEEN REMOVED. In addition, the chicken wings we ordered were BURNT. At that time we called the manager and he said that next time we could come back to a free meal. He asked me to write my name and my number on a piece of paper. He said that many customers complain about the immature avo, which means they know about the problem but still serve avocado. How to play STUPID! So we came back a few weeks later, the same three people. We talked to the receptionist who then spent 15 minutes through a register for the note. After she couldn't find it, she called the manager who told her he had lost the note, but reminded us, but we were just entitled to either a burger or a pack, NOT the free meal for 3 people he had promised. Unhappy with this situation, I talked to the manager on the phone explained that we all remember what he said, and came to the restaurant everyone expected a free meal to the value we had previously spent. (Which was only $23). Instead of being a wise manager and making his promise good, he refused to help! NANDOS, you're ready.
The chicken and chips were great, but the Superfuel salad was just a mix of leaves, tomatoes, 3 pieces of sweet potatoes, 2 tablespoons of quinoa, and no avocado. It was a shame because it sounded delicious, but I was very disappointed for $9.
