Lake Park Pub - Menasha

Don't order the 2 pc. broasted chicken WITH haddock or you'll forfeiet the sides that go with it. I called to confirm what was right and they said the combo does not come with the sides. Doesn't make sense ... Don't waste your money.

I go to Lake Park Pub monthly, as I treat my 85 year old mother to a shrimp lunch, and I order fish. We always dine in, and it always has been a very good experience, with friendly waitresses and delicious food. This past visit, my mother wasn 't up to dining out, so I ordered our lunches as a carry-out.It started with the employee, being very short with me. She acted like she was put out by me asking to place an order. I arrived at the time she told me it would be ready and waited patiently at the bar. When she came over to me, no hello, just carry-out? I said yes, she went to the end of bar to grab it, takes my card, and brings it back with receipt to sign, leaves, with not even a thank you. Well guess what, no tip!!! I do tip my carry-out orders, but not with that attitude! Our food was also VERY disappointing! It looked like a appetizer portion, and not even close to the same quality of food we always receive for our dine in lunches! A word of advice, just because a customer is not there in person doesn 't mean they shouldn 't get the same level of food and service! Sorry, but I will find another place to go where they appreciate my business.
