This place is the OG of coffee in the Denver area. I’ve been coming here since 2010 and despite the changes in staff (as any place opened as long should have) the greatness has never lapsed. The espresso is excellent…they use a combination of different roasters from all over the US. It is rare that you find a coffee shop that produces top quality espresso with house baked goods…I know there are many that try. I applaud them, but none can match what Crema does here. Their service is quick yet patient. At times there are lines, but the staff handles the rush with efficiency and friendliness. I have traveled throughout the world and I have not found Crema’s equal. They’re quirky (as you’d expect in a thriving artistic community), skilled, and consistently excellent.
Nice atmosphere, lots of nooks to sit in. They have a great and interesting menu for a coffee shop, which is refreshing! The sweet potato waffle could do with a bit of salty butter.
The food at Crema is super yummy wish I had snapped a photo or two. Drinks (coffee and such) were just okay nothing that I would rave about, though. Shop had a cute and eclectic vibe small space inside with limited seating, especially duirng lunchtime when it gets crowded. Clearly, many others agree that the food is awesome!! I don't live in this part of Denver, but I would def make the jaunt for lunch again
A bustling coffee shop. We love coming here. There are lots of workers and a good amount of seating, plus a back patio. There are also restrooms. The pastries we’ve tried have been yummy. I love the mural on the building side facing Larimer. My only negative: the veggie báhn mì was awful and not anything like a real báhn mì.
