Best pho and banh mi in Nassau county. The fried spring roll was unbelievable with reasonable price. Definitely will order again

The quality of the food has dropped off dramatically... at 1st I loved the quality and the sweetness of the pork it was the 2nd best Grilled Pork Banh Mi I had ever. Then it seemed the restaurant started cutting corners or maybe changed the cook... today my wife ordered it for me and well.... Unidentifiable meat substance is all I can say. Under cooked pig skin? maybe but why is there (meat? on both sides. Would love for this store to go back to what it was.

Got my pho delivered and it came beautifully with the broth separate and still hot! Everything was delicious, highly recommend

I 've been eating here since opening, and it 's usually fantastic. Tonight, the beef Pho was bland with an ungodly amount of onions. The beef (which is listed on the menu as "filet mignon) was of terrible quality and by no means filet mignon. There was more fat than actual meat. I 'm surprised and disappointed. You guys have done better. Hopefully this was just a mistep.
