(I wish I knew his name) We started with the steak and cheese spring rolls that were on point! My girlfriend got the French onion soup that was one of the best we've ever had. We split the buffalo mac n cheese and BBQ chicken Flatbread. The mac was out of this world so creamy, so cheesy, and the portion was humongous! I was unable to taste the Flatbread due to no more room in my stomach for it. There's always next time. The crew were complete all-stars from start to finish. Never once tried rushing us through our meals and made sure we had everything we needed. Rodney specifically, is an amazing bartander, if you're lucky enough you'll have him. Oh, he also ran to the parking lot and brought me my (favorite) hat to me that I left on the bar hook under the bar. Go to The Homestead of you're looking for a good night out and amazing food! -Enjoy/Be safe
Great experience on a quiet Monday night. We sat outside and had the opportunity to hear live music! Drinks were made well, although I found it disappointing that they did not have a drink menu. Service was excellent and food was high quality. I would return!
This is a really cool place with good food. The prices are comparable to similar restaurants in the area. Outside dining was really nice, as was our server. The hostess wasn't the friendliest person as she seemed to be having a bad day/evening or just a bad attitude. Aside from that, it was a nice experience and I'd definitely go back.
We went for the second time and want to let others know that they have LIVE music in the upper floor lounge!!! We really enjoyed it adds so much to the evening and we will definitely be back!!
My husband and I chose to celebrate our 7th anniversary at this restaurant, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The ambiance was relaxed and delightful, with an interior that feels like a step back in time to a grand bar. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly. We made a reservation an hour in advance, ensuring a table would be ready for us upon arrival, and we were seated quickly. My husband ordered the steak tip dinner, while I opted for the jambalaya. The steak tips were incredibly tender and melted in the mouth, while the jambalaya had a fantastic kick to it. It was my first time trying jambalaya, and I absolutely loved it. This is definitely a place we'll be returning to.
