Contribuer aux commentairesIt's a 4 on some days, and a 1 on others. There's always new staff who seem not to have had consistent training. It's not uncommon for them to not have something you came for, or to not get the order right. I hope the owners can do something to turn the place around, it used to be good!
We frequent this timhortons as we are passing through Merritt. The drive thru line will be as long as the McDonald’s line but you will be stuck in the timmies drivethru far longer. The worlds are in such a hurry throwing your food out the window at you they will be annoyed when you tell them you are missing an item. I have never been parked at a tim Horton’s other than this location. If you ask for no tomatoes expect tomatoes, they talk to fast through the speaker box and after every item say is that everything. they need to slow down and work on customer relations, not just trying to get by as fast and poorly as possibly. Ice Capps here and extra runny and most drinks are poorly mixed.
This store has gone so ridiculously downhill since it changed ownership it's just unacceptable. Rushed service. Poorly put together coffee/food orders that are almost always wrong... It's really hit, and miss. We were just there, and the lady who served us was incredibly rude, and unprofessional. We were ordering, and she kept getting it wrong. So we repeated ourselves, for her to say I can hear you clearly, you don't have to (expletive) yell The man ordering is partially deaf, and only spoke louder/more clearly so she could hear proper; after repeating himself three times due to her hearing him incorrectly.I tried to make my food order, for her to continuously cut me off, being too rude to repeat; so I mentioned that I'd make it next door at McDonald's. She then cancelled our entire order, and argued with us more at the window. Then when they took the order again through the window they made our coffees incorrectly, so we were telling the gentleman at the window the double/double was supposed to be 4 sugar, 2 cream; with the other coffee supposed to be a 5 sugar, no cream. She then got even more rude/confrontational speaking past the very professional gentleman that was at the window; and tried to blame the mistake on us. Then when we received our coffees they were incorrect again. One with zero sugar at all, completely black.. We decided to just take what we got, and left at that point. If she could hear us correctly, then why did she get our order wrong at the intercom, and again at the window? I feel she made our coffees incorrectly on purpose. I asked for 4 sugar 2 cream, and received a black coffee.We have been ordering from this Tim Hortons for 15+ years, my parents (Ted Kim Charters) had a great personal relationship with Eric Sandra (the previous owners) who were absolutely incredible. The orders were always decent, and they graciously fixed any mistakes. NEVER in all the years of their service did we have a negative interaction to the point we needed to speak up about it. Since they sold, the new owners have been ridiculously unprofessional, rude, and almost never get the orders correct. We recently moved to Kamloops, and come to Merritt for work still; but we will NEVER give this particular location our business again. We spend at least $25 $50 a day at our regular locations, and from now on we will just buy extra coffees before we leave Kamloops. I am disgusted in the service I received today, and the way this person spoke to us.Not to mention they let you sit here in the drivethru for 10+ minutes without moving to just rush you through the window, basically shoving your coffees in your face. It doesn't matter how many coffees you order, you almost always have to ask for a tray. It's just been one issue after another since this business changed hands, and I do not make this review lightly.
Stale coffee stale donuts and very very very rude manager. Horrible tim Horton's. Will never go back. Would give zero stars.
Tim's is usually good. Just wish there was an increase ability to drive in.
