Filberto's Mexican Food - Mesa

So Im not 1 to usually complain...but 1 can only take so much. This was my favorite spot! But the last few times i got food it was very disappointing! But this last time 2 of my 5 rolled tacos had NO MEAT!! WTH!! So looks like i will have 2 find a new spot!

Little to no politeness despite time of day, drive through ask and.... or is that it? Drive through has massive pot hole borderline damaging cars that come through. Overpriced for some items despite being obviously a cheaper choice for Mexican food with obviously cheaper ingredients. Soda is often flat or simply off tasting. This location and this company seem to not care much. I 'll be going to Los favoritos.

This place is disgusting. I stopped going here to eat for this same reason. I found hair in my food. The order taker only wanted to talk about her hair as if I said her hair was in it, I did not. She DID NOT want to fix the problem. Still think I'm lying. I've picture the issue. Now I know this place does not use hair nets or even go by health standards. Omg I'm very disappointed. I'd give no stars I would. Wasted my money and time here. Don't eat here.

Hit and miss on quality or rating would be higher. Last trip felt like a 2/3 order of super nachos in comparison to what you normally get. Yummy food that may cost you depending on what you pick. Really nice daily specials.
