Definitely giving this place a 10/10 simply because of the professionalism itself! Me and my family were dining in, when a KAREN came in and was extremely racist, taunting the restaurant goers and the staff. The staff was extremely professional, while this woman was very rude, and racist. Definitely made our dining experience much better. THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER AND STAFF AT THIS PLACE!

Ordered through active menus, food was perfectly prepared and temperature was hot. Best lunch I?ve ever had! Thank you!

This has to be one of the worst and most poorly run places I?ve ever been to. First of all, I ordered from what I thought was a different restaurant but ended up being a Dickey?s virtual brand. When I arrived, none of my food had even been started yet.They needed me to explain what I had ordered so they could begin cooking it. So here I am, an hour after my scheduled pickuptime, waiting on mediocre food. Skip this place and do yourself a favor. Edit added a star back because the people who workedthere were really kind. In no way should this review reflect upon the people that were working this evening. They were tryingtheir best.

I call them to ask a missing object (a whole escape and a side) from an eats order. the hired responds with a sigh as if he is upset that I had the boldness to call. then how I try beautiful/kalmly to explain what happened he hangs up in my face mid sentence! the height of disregard is honest to baffeln, 1. in consideration of the MY money was issued on an object and side that was missing due to the negligence of the device. 2. customer service and basic human condition is a simple thing to ask as a customer. I didn't even have a attitude alone the opportunity to have an employment when I explained my situation before he hung rudely in my face. I will not come back as a customer and will spread the word about this blatant disregard.
