Love their chicken Philly. Owner seemed nice and all employees as well. Love that red sauce thingy.

The customer service is terrible! I was not treated as a first responder with respect! The food tasted bad! I will never go back! In my opinion this location is horrible!

I was waiting for my mother, who had a dental appointment next to Firehouse Subs, when the manager asked me what I was doing there. I explained that I was waiting for her, but that we could grab a bite to eat afterwards. So we decided to dine there. The service was excellent, and we enjoyed our meal!

My husband faced similar challenges when ordering. He wanted to specify exactly what he wanted, but it seemed like the worker only wanted him to give the basic type of sub, making it easier for her and forcing him to eat whatever she chose. He requested salt, pepper, and oil, but she still added mayo and bee (which I assume is a typo or miscommunication) even though he didn’t order that. When it came back, it had mayo and mustard instead. It’s frustrating that in today’s society, when mistakes happen, there seems to be a trend of applauding poor service as if it's an achievement. People should take pride in doing their jobs properly, and listening to customers is essential to providing good service.

We went to the restaurant with a party of seven. The subs were decent, but my son only wanted a plain sandwich with mayo and cheese. While we enjoyed our meals, we kept waiting for his bread and mayo. After asking three times about it, they finally brought out the wrong sandwich. It's frustrating that the staff couldn't manage to get even a simple kids' order right or in a timely manner.
