There are SO many options to choose from and they are all fantastic. The staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. Truly remarkable service and food. The paninis and chai lattes are my favorite!
Visited for the first time today with my daughter the owner was very kind to us! Customer service was excellent! I had a lamb gyro, my daughter demolished her chocolate cupcake and she shared (a little bit) with me. I’m sure my oldest daughter will enjoy her cheesecake too! Side note, I saw low reviews about negative service here. In Japan there’s a restaurant that specializes in providing their patrons bad service and people pay top dollar to experience it. Check it out on YouTube…I’m not suggesting this for this place of business, just saying if it’s true, that kind of vibe might be something the students/community could embrace and flip it to a positive. Seriously life is too short, change your perspective, have some fun, and enjoy every moment even if it seems negative. The choice is completely yours.
I’m a counselor in southgate and visit sweet shop often and always have a great experience. the owner is so awesome, he works very hard and makes sure the food and drinks are perfect. i always look forward to seeing boss man
The owner/ manager is extremely rude and lacks professionalism. My 10 month old baby was playing with the piano only for maybe 2 minutes or so but the manager started shouting saying he was fatigued and scolded us not to do it. It took me a minute to realize that he was shouting at us and I was speechless. Come on, how can you be so exhausted during the summer when most of the students are not on the campus? He doesn't know how to treat the customers.
Extremely rude stuff. Me and wife are both fsu alumnus and decided to visit today along with an out of town friend. My 10 months old baby was sitting on my wife's lap and pressing the piano around the front of the store to make random noises. A bit later a stuff from back behind the counter was yelling at us saying they are fatigued and if you don't know how to play it then don't. How a 10 month old is supposed to know piano is beyond me. Also they could have just asked us to stop. No need for yelling. Also it's summer and I saw only couple of customers. Is he fatigued by serving only two customer? I don't know. Anyway I never plan to go back there ever again.
