We came to Michurinsk from Moscow for the performance, I want to thank the hotel staff for their homely hospitality, pleasant conversations, delicious food and warm, clean rooms! Thank you! If we come again, it will be here! Rooms: Cozy and clean, we slept like never before! Nearby activities: Theater Safety: Everything is fine Walkability: Almost in the center, everything is close Food drinks: The soup is just garbage! Noteworthy details: The staff told interesting things about the city, the old building) nice courtyard

The staff is great—very attentive and helpful. However, the room itself leaves a lot to be desired: there’s a large stain on the carpet, the shelving in the bathroom is dirty and streaked, and there’s some kind of pest in the toilet. Considering that we booked the room at a mid-range price, I'm concerned that even a budget room might not be much better. A little renovation and some proper cleaning could make it fantastic. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep for one night, it’s okay.

Disgusting service, or rather lack of it! If you come to the hotel after 21:00, then you will run into closed doors!!! And no, you were not warned about this, and no, you were not given a phone number, and no, the phone number was not written on the door. Perhaps you can ring the bell? Yes! 15 times and still no one will come! If you are lucky and your phone is charged, you are not in a hurry and you are completely comfortable standing on a deserted street in complete darkness, then you can look for a room in this wonderful hotel and remind the administrator about yourself. You will probably be surprised, but she will come out with a completely straight face, as if this is the norm. And in response to all your questions and arguments, he will argue and be rude. Here the client is not exactly right or at least heard, no, it’s just “well, I left, you called, everything is fine.” DISGUSTING!!! If you want to feel like you’re in a children’s camp or dorm, you’re welcome. P.S. I’m not even talking about the dirty towels and the audibility is such that you will fall asleep under someone’s temple, and wake up to the endless steps on the floor above and yours as if on your head!!!!

I would like to express my gratitude to the management of the Kupetsky Hotel for their warm atmosphere. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Administrator Alina, who, despite her young age, demonstrated excellent knowledge of her job and happily answered all our questions about the hotel and the city.
