Ging through the Drive-Thru this morning at 10:45 to find that there was a little beard hair in my cup. I really don't feel like I could return to this place after that. I understand that Chick-fil-A tries to be more tolerant of facial hair, but this place obviously has no prioritization of hygiene. There were several times when I or my wife order food and either get the wrong items or get out of their frits, containers that are only filled halfway. I usually have none of these problems at other Chick-fil-A locations.
The fries were sour immediately after my order, even the abnormal amount of cheese in the macaroni was unpleasant. But the chicken was good as usual. The driving person who spends the food did not welcome me or thank me for the visit. It doesn't matter to me, but I work in the food it has to do, I feel it has to be kept on the same standard!
My wife and I ordered lunch, we ordered a great order to share Fries. We open the bag and the box is there, but it's less than half full. We're gone, easy and easy.
30 minutes in the ride thru is a bit ridiculous. They have their two lanes for orders that now have the loudspeakers and menu cards on both, but I think it was much faster than the people put right. I also feel like a part of the southern courtesy they missed earlier.
Went to Chick-fil-A for breakfast, food was wonderful, it was fresh and hot. The cashier was amazing he was polite and funny and very helpful. The only thing I noticed is that they stopped coming to the tables to see if you needed a drink refill and there was plenty of staff and they were not very busy. But I would go back.
