Q Barbeque - Midlothian

I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. I have tried almost everything on the menu and even purchased items in bulk to bring home. I am not a fan of all the sauces, as I find them unnecessary.

I recently ordered takeout for my family from this restaurant. I used to frequent this place during my high school days back in 2015. While I feel like the quality has declined a bit since then, the food is still good. My favorite dishes, corn pudding and hush puppies, have always been consistent. However, the brisket was dry and disappointing, despite my high expectations. On the other hand, the burnt ends were delicious and moist. The collard greens were quite vinegary, which I enjoyed, but my mother didn't care for them. The sausage was tasty but could have used more seasoning. I would consider returning for a pork sandwich, but I may not order the BBQ plate again.

This restaurant has been popular since it opened. I visited when it first opened and then didn't go back for years, but recently returned and it's still great. It's a cozy spot for quick bites, and their pulled BBQ is some of the best I've had. You wouldn't expect that quality from a chain restaurant, but they consistently deliver. I'm a fan of BBQ sauce, so I love all of the options they have. The staff is always friendly and ensures that you have a good experience. In the words of Schwarzenegger, "I'll be back!"

One of the best briskets around. All the sides are also good. Find it better then alot of the other places such as MissionBBQ

Ate here for dinner around 6pm with my wife. She ordered kids meal bbq sandwich and I had brisket with slaw and couple drinks . Place is not busy. Restaurant is fairly clean as well as restrooms. Restaurant is casual and comfortable. Staff has been polite and professional. Food was fresh and tasty. Brisket was extremely tender. We hope to return again soon.
