To say I’m annoyed is an understatement. Ordered at 7:25pm on a sat night fully expecting it to be around an hour wait for delivery. Order confirmation says 105 min. Gets to 9pm, try ringing just to get an update but no answer, 9:30 same again and finally 9:45 still no answer. 10pm I’m extremely annoyed by this point and eating this late is not for me. Try calling one last time still no answer. Had to drive down there to be told the order has been delivered but unfortunately the driver has already gone home so as to who it was delivered to they have no idea. At this point all I want is a refund but it still took me arguing with them to be told as it’s an online order that the boss would have to sort. So at the time of writing this still no order and no refund. Hopefully it will be returned to our bank in the next few days. Needless to say we will not be ordering from here again and to others thinking about it don’t bother.

So after placing an order at 6.15 we called Them at 7.15 and told are food was on its way it turned up at 8.10 it was cold and very poor value for money terrible customer service Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had food from here before and it was nice. Ordered a delivery tonight and was told it would be 1hr15mins. 1hr30mins later I phone to see where it was and told its going to be another 45mins! I cancelled the order and was told she wasn't sure how long it would take to refund me.....appalling service.
