Starbucks - Midvale

Drew from this location said I can post a bad review if I didn’t like the spinach feta egg white wrap. I didn’t like it at all. Should have stuck with the classic turkey bacon egg white sandwich. Truth is, this location is great! They are always quick and friendly. I love coming to this location before work.

I arrived at the 7184 Union Park Ave, Midvale, UT location at 5:57am for a cup of coffee the door was open walked in and the greeting I received was “Sorry, we are closed. We don't open until 6:00am”. Worst Customer Service I have experienced in a long time!!! My goodness how about saying “Good Morning, give me a minute as we are just about to open I will be right with you.” Being that I am in Retail Industry person myself, I was very disappointed will NEVER go to Starbucks Ever Agai … – show

We order about $100 worth of drinks per day. The drive through employees are extremely rude and condescending. They keep telling us to order on the app but the app doesn’t have the modifications and they always get it wrong. Yesterday all our food and drink was cold as we waited over an hour

The coffee is always exactly what you order. Great service and the staff at the drive through are quick and efficient. Thank you for keeping us daily coffee drinkers hoing!

Both my husband and I got food poisoning after ordering from this location. I'm lactose intolerant and immediately I knew they used cows milk in my coffee instead of my request for oatmilk. But ultimately the egg bites are what gave my husband and I food poisoning. It tasted old and part of it actually had mold. If employees here can't tell what expired food looks like regardless of the date on the package or even follow simple instructions for a milk substitute, then I worry for other discrepan … – show
