Little Caesars Pizza - Milan

The service was terrible. There were a number of people and then a guy in the back took the person who came behind me. Then he took my pizza with the other guys pizzas and added butter and garlic I didn't want, then they tried to give me the pizza that said they didn't add anything to it and wanted me to take the pizza. Then they gave me an attitude to wanting a new pizza.

Mostly pretty good to keep her usual. Unfortunately, it seems recently as if not only on customer service quality service, they have cut the previous two pizzas that I got bad; a very small piece-a large disc that should be clearly two, and about it all, it seems as if the newer younger staff simply don't care and they look at you as if in physical pain and scream in response to you as if it's loud in the store (what it is not). Hopefully it will be better.

This place is a typical little caesars, the people who work there were very nice and accommodating. I'm sure I'll come back.

I called today on May 19 to order a pizza. I said they can't change the pizza. I just wanted extra cheese. He said they can't change pizzas because the price is already cheap. I said this is good to calculate myself, extra I have no problem extra for what I want, and Josh the manager still refused to do this. I can now see why the reviews of these little Caesars are so low. I'll never do business there again.

Went in and the whole restaurant smelled like gas. Apparently the employees called the GM/owner and she wouldn?t do anything about it. Got my food and it was terrible. Not $5 terrible, just terrible. The bread had almost no flavor, and the crust tasted like a frozen crust you buy from the store. I?ve bought from them before because of the convenience, but every time I am left disappointed.
