Café Zupas - Millcreek

The manager is super friendly and the lobby was clean. The Golden Curry Bowl is delicious but the portion size is falsely advertised.

Nick is so friendly and efficient!! Give him a raise!!!

Most pleasant and welcoming dine in experience I have had in a long time. A young man, Nick, was amazingly kind and positive. I never do reviews but his attitude compelled me to give a five star.

Did a pickup order because I was in a hurry. Waited 20 minutes in the building to get my pickup order. There were 5 other people in front of me. They were all very irritated as well. Staff didn't say anything about the wait or inconvenience to anyone. Staff did talk to everyone who came in to place an order and put them first. I understand that you get slammed, it happens. However, my time is important as well. If I had known I would have gone next store to Cafe Rio. A little customer service goes along way. Will probably take my business to the Ft. Union Zupas.

Nick and Kevin were so friendly. They let me try the chicken and sample the soups. It was a welcoming atmosphere.Vegetarian options: Veggie chicken is good, salads are good, chickpea soup.
