Delizia's Pizza - Millsboro

I’m shocked at what’s happened here. The pizza tastes like something from a chain store and wasn't even cooked properly. The stromboli was incredibly greasy, with grease dripping everywhere. The sauce has also changed and isn't the same as it used to be. This place used to be amazing, but now it feels like it needs a complete redo.

I returned at 5:45 and spoke to the same staff members, who still couldn't find my order. They told me it would take another 5 minutes. Finally, at 6:05 PM, I received my order. The service was incredibly poor. If there’s a mistake with an order, it’s better to be honest with customers; most people are understanding. I've worked in the food industry for years, and this experience was subpar. I left without a single apology for the delay, which was disappointing. Many other customers were also waiting a long time. My order was supposed to be ready two hours after placement, and I even received confirmation that it had been received. I won't be recommending this restaurant to anyone, and I definitely won’t be returning.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Received email that pizza would arrive between 7:15-7:25 (about 45 minutes from order time) at 7:55 no pizza. Store 3 miles away. Called to check and was told that the driver had just left. Asked to speak to manager and was told he was busy. Asked when he would be available and was told he was always busy. Asked again to speak to him and heard lots of loud arguing in background. Service rotten. Pizza arrived ice cold, and was not very good. Would definitely not recommend.

Don't waste your time! They charged my card $105.78 for 3 pizzas and 30 wings, and then just didn't show up. I received an email saying delivery would be at 7:12, but here we are at 9:22, and nothing has arrived. I understand it's a holiday weekend, but this is unacceptable. I rarely write reviews, but I want to help others avoid this frustration!

Not sure if new owners but the large Stromboli was the size of a small, the pizza was different. It took 2 hrs for the delivery to arrive and the food was close to cold. Did not enjoy it at all it definitely wasn’t what we are used to. Couldn’t call because nobody answered the phone after numerous calls. So I spent $70 for a lesson learned
