Despite my frustration, I reminded myself that being rude to the staff wouldn't help, so I settled for a roast beef sandwich instead. While waiting for my food, I noticed a man in the food preparation area, visible from the counter where the bread is stored. I was appalled to see him eating a sandwich while handling food with gloves on. That seemed like a clear violation of health codes. When we went to get sauces and drinks, we found that nearly all of them were empty. This experience only reinforced why my fiancé and I typically avoid fast food restaurants. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.
