Contribuer aux commentairesIt seems like this restaurant is severely understaffed. The drive-thru has been closed for days and the entire store appears dirty. Trash is overflowing both inside and outside the restaurant, with counters and floors in need of a good wipe down. The two employees working were friendly but too busy to keep up with cleaning in a busy coffee house. It's disappointing to spend over $6.00 on a flat white coffee and feel hesitant to touch anything in the store.
Really slow service at this restaurant. It took 28 minutes to make a latte, which is unacceptably long. The woman next to me waited even longer for just a lemonade. This is unacceptable.
Amanda was very mechanical in her mannerisms. When I tried to engage in conversation with her, she kept repeating the same sentence over and over: "we will remake it for you." It seemed as though she was quite content in her job at Starbucks.
!!!!DISGUSTING!!!! we found this in my coffee. my friend started vomiting afterwards, the plastic nozzle might ve dissolved in hot tea and there was the whole filter nozzle as well.. I ORDERED one cold and one hot chai tea
Lots of ice, few sips of beverage, and yet the POS handheld prompts a tip.
