Received 1 hash brown no bacon and veggie cream cheese . The fact that it took 30 mins and the order still wrongs is
First I wanna say thank you to the Dunkin app for adding a free iced coffee with purchase on Mondays! Second, this location.....not sure about it but I have to complain about the worker. I ordered the iced coffee of course and to go with it I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese on the side. This guy.....instead of ringing up a bagel with cream cheese on the side, he kept ringing up breakfast sandwiches and modifying them to be a plain bagel. WHAT THE ACTUAL ****?????? This guy was trying to charge me double the price of what I wanted. We went through this SEVERAL times and finally he listened to me and rang up a bagel by itself with the cream cheese on the side. Like, really????? If he was a new guy, ok, but he didn't have anyone shadowing him so I doubt he was new. The coffee was ok. Needed a bit more mocha but it was ok. The bagel tasted like trash. It had a really nasty burnt taste to it and I didn't even get it warmed up or toasted or anything. I don't even know what to say about that. Definitely never getting a bagel from there again. Maybe next time l'll try a muffin or something.
I work at the double tree across the street, each time I get coffee or food, is amazing, the staff is friendly and the store clean. I recommend it.
The store did a renovation from the last time I was here years ago. They closed for a very long time. It feels much bigger and fresh in here. New lobby area with plenty of seating area. A lot more options to get with the added ice cream section
Maybe the best coffee choice downtown because the SBs aren 't very good (all non-union, short staffed, small, irregular hours) and the better coffee shops have limited morning to early afternoon hours. Service is good here, prompt and accurate. Parking is usually available on the street but you 'll need to find a meter that 's functional. The location is good for the meeting center, near the library, near one of the Hiltons. Wifi is okay, tables are as clean as most DDs (which is to say, not that clean), and there aren 't enough handy power outlets for work. Be careful some of the high tops wobble and aren 't very stable. Odd use of space, big gaps and empty parts without furniture but I prefer that to being crowded near sick people. The coffee is usually fresh and I don 't get the hassle of having to beg them to use my coffee cup like at 'Bucks. The doughnuts themselves aren 't fresh like when DDs made their own in house, but these here are better than at most DDs. They can make a pretty good milkshake. I watched a couple of young children really enjoy themselves here, it 's the most family friendly coffee shop downtown. I 'll be working though, so keep your children away from me or I 'll buy them a hot coffee.
