しんかい - Mimasaka

It was a Sunday night and there were not many other customers. The staff grilled my food with care even though I was dining alone. The hormone udon and grilled vegetables were delicious, just as recommended by word of mouth. They paired well with beer. I had just been to a nearby restaurant before coming here, but I found the service and taste at this restaurant to be much better.

I tried Horumon Udon for the first time in Mimasaka. It had a strong garlic flavor and was delicious. The staff and other customers at the restaurant were also very kind. I found this place with good reviews for Horumon Udon when I came to Yubara Onsen so I decided to try it. I would definitely like to go back again.

I ordered Hormone Udon, Grilled Ceceri, and bottled beer for 2300 yen. Both were delicious. There was no menu, but if you ask the older lady, she will tell you the menu.

ホルモン焼きうどん、ノーマル焼きそば、若鶏の焼き物を注文。 これが全部美味しかったんです。 店は古く入口も怪しい感じで、少し戸惑ったが大正解でした！

ホルモン焼うどん900円 味付けがめちゃくちゃ美味しくて、明日のお昼も行くつもりです。本当はお昼はやってないけど開けて欲しいと言ったら開けてもらえることになりました笑 それくらい美味しかったです！ 湯郷温泉に来たら絶対行くべし。
