El Taco Loco - Minneapolis

I recently dined at this restaurant for lunch and spent between $10-20 per person. The food was excellent, earning a 5-star rating from me. However, the service and atmosphere only received a 3-star rating. I highly recommend trying the Elotes and Chicken Burrito dishes.
