Pancheros Mexican Grill - Minneapolis

I tried Pancheros for the first time a couple months ago. Since then, I have been to the Bloomington location times. The food is so good and fresh. I love their Carnitas bowl with chips. So much food that it can easily be divided into two meals. The staff is wonderful. Always cheerful, helpful, and working hard. The restaurant is clean. I have never had a bad experience and I will return again and again.

Yalls new tin foil packaging rips apart the burritos. I love you guys but this is a big deal!

Pancheros should probably go ahead and visit Qdoba to see how the burrito is done properly. Super small portions, double charge if you want a regular size burrito. And Lippy employees to top it all off. Pancheros any other burrito place Would love for the owner to respond with a justification for this post as well. I've noticed they only reply to positive reviews, let's hear it.....

The burritos at this restaurant are amazing, and personally I think they are the best out of all the Chipotle-style restaurants I have visited. They offer a tofu option called tofusada, which I found to be surprisingly delicious even though I had never tried tofu before. I usually go for the chicken though. My main complaint is that the employees seem to have a hard time understanding orders. I have been here three times and twice they have gotten my order wrong, either putting the wrong ingredients on my burrito or missing that I asked for a burrito bowl and giving me a burrito shell instead. The interior is quite small, but I have never actually seen anyone eating inside the restaurant, so you will likely find seating if that's what you prefer. They seem to assume most orders are to-go, as they have never asked me if I am dining in. There is plenty of parking in the strip mall area. A burrito or burrito bowl typically costs around $9, but after tip, tax, and adding queso (why is cheese an extra charge? seems strange), it usually comes out to $12-$14.
