The News Room - Minneapolis

Cool atmosphere and nice menu. Our service was very slow and lackluster. It was my second dining experience; my daughters first. I wanted to take her to a fun restaurant but the service was so disappointing that the whole experience was disappointing.

Service was attentive and excellent, and our food was spectacular. The vibe is unique and I really enjoyed the decorations and style. The drinks were delicious and well-crafted. Overall, there seemed to be a great attention to detail across the menu. I loved the beet salad, and my husband had the smash burger. I can't wait to be back.

Great place to get together with a group of friends for drinks and dinner.

I ordered the salmon pasta, it was delicious. We had a group of seven with a reservation. We were seated promptly and our waiter was very attentive. This was our third visit to The Newsroom and picked it for a family dinner because we knew we could count on good food, a nice variety in the menu for everyone, fun atmosphere and good service.
