Update: Went in to try again, the service was HORRENDOUS. 3 people standing there and no one greeted us or asked us about being seated for a few minutes. Happened to the next guy that came in to be seated and even the manager walked away after seeing thecustomer. The girl in red reindeer ears did nothing. None of the staff did anything to help each other if one was busy withanother table. The manager stood around and didn?t help at all. My food was left in the window while my partners food was stillcooking. The drinks are really small pours. The manager sets no example and has no work ethic. I ordered the build your own andthey were taking items off at 8:45 but are opened til 10! And to top it off our food tasted very burnt. Very disappointed andwon?t be back. Flavor was great but the kids potion was 1/4 and adult portion but 1/2 the price. I should have just gotten anadult one. Fish pieces would be better if they were cut smaller in the poke bowl. Poke bowl was luke warm and that was offputting.

Overall wasn't horrible. They need better menu information. There's an unlimited bowl option listed as an additional $6.00 It's actually not unlimited it's $6.00 per additional bowl. They don't list riced cauliflower on the menu but it's an option on thebowl ticket they give you. Had them add it only to find out after the bowl was made, they were out of it. Would have gottenextra veggies if we'd have known that. Plus the protein they add is small portions. Mixed drinks are all wine based liquor notactual liquor. It should be a beer and wine menu only. May go back but will definitely consider other places first.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service.our server Ally was so sweet from the start and had such a positive attitude. There was an issue with my bowl (totally my fault and Albert, the manager didn?t hesitate for a second to make it right for me, evenpersonally remaking it himself. I can honestly say this has been the best service I have ever received. 10000000/10 wouldrecommend flattop, atleast when Ally and Albert are working :

They do have a lunch discount from 11-2 where you can pick up to three meats and add as many toppings as you want to fill your bowl with. They also have little cups so you can taste test the sauces before you put them in your bowl. I got shrimp which wasa little extra cost, but it tasted really good.

A chain, so 4 is the highest I'll go. Service was good and quick. Our kids Loved this place. Make your own happy kids. Food is ok, we liked the fresh veggies to add to our dish. When we can't decide where to go in the future, it'll be here.
